Villa ''JERKAN'' – apartments is in Podstrana sv.Martin, 10km from Split, the biggest city in the whole dalmatian region the second-largest city in Croatia. The object is situated directly on the beach, about 15m away from the sea and offers rest exclusively.
In the ground-floor of the house there is a bar with restaurant and central kitchen, assigned only for the guests. In lobby there is a huge terace, 70m2, useful for recreation and having fun, with eating tables. In front of it there is a beach with all required contents for sunbathing and rest.
