Villa "JERKAN" – Apartments is situated in PODSTRANA - Sv. Martin, about 10 km from Split, the largest city in the entire Dalmatian region and the second-largest city in Croatia. The house is situated at the very beach, about 15m away from the sea and intended for resting only.
On the ground-floor there is a bar. The Villa does not provide board, only drinks at order. In the vicinity, about 200 m far, there is a supermarket, and at 150 to 800 m from the Villa there are 3-4 excellent restaurants, offering national and international cuisines. In front of the house is a large terrace, 70 m2, with tables for eating, recreation and fun. In front of it there is a beach with all the amenities required for sunbathing and rest, as a private facility for the Villa guests only.
