We visited Villa Jerkan, slightly out of season but the owner and management team could not do enough to help us. They advised on the location of restaurants (several within walking distance) they stopped off at a bakery on our journey to the hotel to allow us chance to get something to eat (late flight). Highly recommend using their transfer service as the hotel is only 30-35 mins from Split airport. We loved it here as a family of 5. The pictures do not do the hotel justice, it’s lovely and is right on the beach! We will be going back!

I loved the view to the sea very much. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. The whole room is in good condition. The owner and the owner’s son were very kind and helpful..the apartment is very close to the beach. We went out from building and we were on beach. The villa has sunumbrellas and beds are on the beach. This is very good and useful with children.

Very friendly staff, always happy to assist in any question that appear.
Nice place, really close to the beach, clean and convenient. Was good to spend time with family there. Not crowded.
FYI: There’s a good grill on the beach available for the guests after 6pm.
Also interesting fact about Podstrana: it never been raining longer than 10 mins. The forecast showed rain, but it was sunny or a bit cloudy, so we bathed every day.
We tend to visit a new place every time, but I’d like to visit Villa Jerkan at least once more.

Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, beautiful sea views and situated right on the edge of the water.

Fantastic large apartment located a few steps from the sea owned and managed by a lovely very helpful family.Cafes, bars,restaurants and small supermarkets are all within reasonable walking distances.
Would we go there again?- Definitely

Very friendly and welcoming owner and his sons. We had room 21 on the 4th floor which overlooks the beach with fantastic views. Room was well equiped for self catering however we only made breakfast as there are some lovely restaurants within walking distance. The no. 60 bus takes you into Split for about 12 kuna and run frequently from up the road near the lovely bakery.
